QUALITY ENGINEER

Job Descriptions: -

1. Coordinate QMS (IATF 16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015) implementation.
2. Coordinate internal audit (QMS, Process, CPA).
3. Liaise with internal/external for process/quality improvements and rejects reduction.
4. Work with cross functional team (engineering, tooling, production team and etc.) conducting evaluation to improve process and quality. Liaise with customer for quality matters and provide effective corrective action and continuous improvement in timely manner.
5. Lead Quality meetings to drive for correction actions and preventive actions taken are effective.
6. Data compilation and analysis report (i.e., Minitab) with regular plotting and monitoring charts. React to SPC triggering with proper corrective actions and closure.

Job Requirements: -

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in IATF16949 & Audits.
3. Good in 8D problem solving methodology and data analytical skill.
4. Has knowledge on Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, FMEA and DFM.
5. Good understanding of IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015.
6. Audit experience is added advantage.
7. Able to work proactively and independence for all working environment.
