Quality Engineer

Job Description:

• Responsible for the supervision and management of material abnormality and supplier quality, supplier quality management and continuous improvement, regular audits of suppliers, participation in the selection and development of new suppliers.
• As QMS, responsible for the establishment of the system, to ensure that all production and operation activities in line with the system requirements, and is responsible for internal audits, leading the external audit and the measurement management.
• Responsible for the improvement of customer quality issues, customer complaints, and promote internal improvement.
• Responsible for the management of process quality, to ensure the quality of the production process.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above
• Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality management system knowledge
• Proficient in the use of CP/8D/5W/QC and other quality tools.
• Being of any of the following quality related experience:
  • Quality management or project management experience or quality management system auditing experience with internal auditor certification for relevant systems
  • Experience in Supplier Quality Management or Incoming Material Quality Management.
  • Quality management experience in manufacturing process
  • Customer quality management experience
  • Experience in quality cost improvement
• Good command of Malay, English and Mandarin.
