Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing Business Partners and maintaining strong cooperative relationships with them.
  • Communicate the latest company information, policies, and notices to Business Partners.
  • Plan and manage pickup and delivery operations within the assigned area to ensure timely and secure handling of parcels.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all operations within the area comply with the companyâs safety standards.
  • Lead and manage the area team to improve overall team performance.

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English.
  • Work Experience: Candidates with relevant experience in the courier or logistics industry will be given preference.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Must be a team player.
  • Other: Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and possess strong stress management abilities
