Job Responsibilities:
1. Align and implement the Corporate Customer Quality system, standards, and procedures at the site level.
2. Manage and ensure Customer Quality Engineers (CQEs) address customer complaints and quality-related inquiries promptly and effectively.
3. Ensure that customer requirements are fully implemented at the site.
4. Oversee that the Product Quality Plan (PQP) is executed by all CQEs across projects and assess the effectiveness of the PQP.
5. Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and drive continuous improvement.
6. Monitor and follow up on part and line approvals (Q-package) throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in quality control, including 3+ years in customer quality management.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FATP and molding processes.
3. Proficient in quality technical/management tools and knowledgeable in the 5 Tools (PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA); Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferred.
4. At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Engineer in incoming, manufacturing, or customer service.
5. Strong English and Mandarin communication skills to communicate counterparts from China.
6. Ability to quickly understand and respond to customer requirements.
