Job Description

• To handle full set of ISO & HACCP Documentation- registration, issuing, reviewing, documentation and executing all related activities.
• To control and monitor the flow of documentations, form / records internal or externally.
• Working hand-in-hand with the Quality Specialist in role of DCC to initial, develop and control of Food Safety Management System ensuring in compliance with the ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 & HACCP standard and requirements.
• To organize and conduct yearly internal audit and liaise with the external auditor for arrangements of annual recertification audit.
• To work together with inter-departments’ related team on formulate, implement and review with work instruction and procedures ensuring effectiveness and efficiency to meet the quality and food safety requirements.
• To carry out daily physical, chemical and microbiological analysis on all incoming raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• To perform inspection on green coffee bean and cupping (i.e. defect and profile cupping for every lot / container basis).
• To maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in Quality Department and ensure the accuracy.
• To follow the company’s rules and regulations.
• To assist Quality Specialist in other aspects of work assigned.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Diploma / Degree in Food and Science/Food Technologies and/or equivalent.
• At least 2 years working experience
• Preferably in food industries or related field
• To conduct product formulation review and sensory test.
• To involve in new product development in areas of formulation, product trails, quality and manufacturing processes.
