Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the team (Assembly, MOD SSD, Testers) to review and establish limits and recipes, set up YTAP, and enable connection for new tools.
- Debugging and troubleshooting strategies to prevent missing data entries into the FDC system.
- Reviewing and categorizing charts into the accurate groups to uphold outstanding data integrity.
- Revising and tightening control limits in FDC charts as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Following up with the responsible team for the Out of Control (OOC) and Out of Specification (OOS) triggering and acquiring necessary documentation for CAPA.
- Coordinating with the NPI PDE PCS team to upgrade new recipes from NPI to HVM and setting limits accordingly.
- Performing additional tasks as required to support the ambitious goals of the team.
- Diploma in engineering, data science or equivalent.
- Possess Computer skill and Data Analytics skill.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt to proprietary software applications and work in team environment.
- Ability to extract and analyze data for performance reports.
- Experience in reporting quality issues and driving their closure.
- Experience in assisting engineers in performance metric monitoring.
- Strict adherence to safety procedures and area work rules.
- Flexibility to support engineer/manager requests as needed.
