- Develop and deploy systematic trading strategies
- Analyze high-frequency data to identify arbitrage or alpha opportunities
- Monitor real-time performance of trading systems
- Work closely with engineering to maintain low-latency infrastructure
- Conduct post-trade analysis to refine risk parameters
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java
- Deep understanding of crypto or FX market microstructure
- Experience in statistical modeling, time-series analysis, and backtesting
- Knowledge of trading APIs, order types, and execution strategies
- Mandarin communication is a plus
