Responsibility
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates, bill of quantities & contract documentation.
- Prepare & issue request for quotation, evaluate quotations. negotiate & prepare recommendation to management.
- Manage the issue of all project claims to clients & ensure all claims are being issued before due date.
- To be responsible for proper site administration of construction contracts & obtaining all necessary permit licenses & tender of projects.
- Develops, implements and updates project status information and monitoring systems to evaluate project budgets & administers their execution.
Requirement
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Sound technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering quantity surveying & architectural works.
- Well verse with auto cad software system.
