Quantity Surveyor

Languages:

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Position: Full-time

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to fill this position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• To carry out site measurement, site valuation and follow up on site progress claim; both upstream and downstream claims.
• To assist in site coordination and site overall delivery.
• To request quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers, analyze and prepare tendered evaluation report.
• To assist in company project tender exercise including costing.
• To determine quantity for site measurement and taking off.
• To prepare monthly claim report and assist contract manager.
• To check for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate and within project budget.
• To value completed work and prepare document for handover purpose.
• To understand special assignment, adhoc function and related duties when required.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least diploma, bachelor’s degree in quantity survey or a related field.
• Have working experience in Construction Site Work.
• Computer literate and able to work in stressful environment and have sense of urgency to respond to all relevant parties within stipulated timeline.
• Self-motivated and result oriented.
• At least minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
