- Review and analyze the requirement and specification of tender document.
- Material quantity take off and preparing Bill of Material.
- Obtain quotation from vendors for price comparison.
- Clarification with vendors on pricing and specifications.
- Ensure costing and estimation is accurate and precise.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposal.
- Prepare quotation sheet and manage estimation process.
- Ensure all tender to be submitted in a timely manner.
- Obtain approval from superior prior submission of quotation.
- Respond to commercial and technical clarifications.
- Liaise with Sales Team on the status of quotation.
- Upon job award, work with project team to handover documents for start work by organizing Kick Off Meeting.
- Update enquiry status to immediate superior if any.
Job Requirements
- Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or any equivalent field.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Construction field.
- In-depth understanding of the contracting business, including knowledge of industry standards, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on reaching fair and favorable resolutions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
- Meticulous approach to contract administration and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
