QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Qualifications:
-Degree / Diploma / Certificates in Building / Quantity Surveying.
-Minimum 2 years working experience in development / construction company
-Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required.
-Willing to travel and handle site matters
-Computer literate with strong spread sheet skills
-Independently and self-motivated

Job Responsible:
-Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations.
-Advise on procurement, tendering and contractual procedures and arrangement.
-Preparation of the Bill of Quantities or variation orders (VO).
-Prepare pre-contract & post contract administration for project undertaken, not limited to product sourcing, request and review of quotations.
-Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work, costing structures, contractual requirements, prepare Letter of Award to sub-contractors
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Settlement of the final accounts of the project.
