QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CONSTRUCTION)

Role:

• Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications (Contract Documents).
• Prepare Main Contractor’s Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.
• Maintain accurate records of project variations and associated costs.
• To produce plans, estimate budgets and timescales.
• To undertake any new tasks related to contract and cost assigned from time to time.
• To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirement:

• Fluent in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation and documentation.
• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience as Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry (candidates with full time on site experience will be more advantages)
• Proficient analytical skills for the accurate assessment of tender documents.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
