Job Responsibility
- Pre & Post Contract Works.
- Prepare tender submission including taking off quantities, call for quotation, tender interview and related works.
- Evaluation and selection of sub-contractors and preparing contracts document.
- Project budgeting and project cost control.
- To handle Progress Claim, Progress Report, Variation Order, Omission Report and Final Account.
- Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, consultants, construction team and sub-contractors.
- To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time by the management.
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant fields.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skilled and knowledgeable in civil engineering project costing and cost evaluation.
