Job Description
Main tasks include:
- Translate customer needs into product ideas, prototypes and finally serial products based on clear specifications and business cases
- Design, detailing and generating of production drawings
- Develop formwork solutions based on local available raw materials, production possibilities and defined quality levels
- Product support and maintenance of serial products
- Conduct statical pre-calculations
- Develop and test functional samples, prototypes and preproduction-series
- Execute and observe tests on national and international sites for further improvement
- Process tests for final accreditation of pre-series
Qualifications & Skills
We Are Looking For a Creative And Analytical Thinker Who Shows An Accurate And Structured Way Of Working And Is a Good Team Player. In Addition, We Look For The Following Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/Metal Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in the construction or formwork industry, preferably in the Asian market
- In-depth understanding of dependency between product specifications and production costs
- Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Familiar with different manufacturing and design standards in APAC region
- Strong team player and creative in finding daily solutions
- Excellent proficiency in English, any local Asian language skills are a definite plus
- Willingness to travel
