Responsibilities
- Support the R&D or Technical team in daily operations and the execution of development projects
- Assist in the development of new products through testing, trials, and process optimization
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and product specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance meet required standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product innovation and manufacturing processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Educational background or strong interest in textiles, chemicals, materials science, or mechanical systems
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective communication with internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment
