Responsibilities

• Conducting research projects that lead to new products for hands protection to various markets and potential segments.
• Adapting the learned industrial processes for success stories in new product upscaling and commercial launches.
• Managing materials evaluation and inspection according to set work procedures and international standards.
• Organizing, supporting and sustaining process and yield improvement program.
  
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical and Materials Engineering disciplines preferred.
• Innovative and analytical thinker.
• Good command in English communication.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
