- Possess SPM / Certificate / STPM / Diploma in Baking & Patisserie or equivalent
- Preferable at least 1 year of working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Support assignment on baking, cooking, pastries making and food processing
- Ensure foods and ingredient adheres to product and food quality regulation
- Developing new / innovative recipes
- Preparation of ingredients for daily operation
- Ensure kitchen comply to hygiene, safety and quality specifications and regulations
