Role Description & Responsibilities

Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Working closely with developers and business consultant in the design and implementation of software features via agile methodology - in test requirement, planning, design and test automation.
  • Quality governance throughout development life cycle. Definition of Done adherence.
  • Driving quality improvements and collaborating with team in test coverage for end-to-end test, performance test & test automation.

Qualifications

  • Equipped with Tertiary qualification, with degree or professional Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT certifications.
  • Experienced leading a team of Quality Engineers in line with AGILE Scrum methodologies.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Software Quality Assurance with relevant working experience in software testing/development, test automation or integration roles.
  • Working knowledge and experience of programming/scripting skills (especially Java & OOP) to automate test scripts and/or develop test harness/test tools.
  • Possessing working knowledge in Typescript, performance & load test would be an added advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated with good communication skills in English & strong logical/analytical thinking.
