Job Description:

Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) finance supports Intel's global property footprint including real estate, facilities management and employee programs. This role will be central to developing annual and quarterly budget forecasts, and will work closely with operational leaders to influence facility decisions. This role supports month end close processes, and is responsible for analyzing financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, risk assessments and solutions. A successful candidate will identify and drive process improvements leading to a more efficient and accurate planning process. Additionally, this position will support decision making by providing ad hoc financial analysis and key performance indicators that influence leadership decision making.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must demonstrate solid business and external acumen, and strong analytical, partnership and influence skills. In addition, the candidate must be able to communicate in a clear, concise manner to senior management, provide critical thinking, collaborate and cultivate relationships across Intel, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity while maintaining strong bias for action. A BA/BS in accounting or finance with 5+ years of experience or an MBA with 3+ years of experience is preferred. Previous Finance experience is required.
