MYR 2,100 - 2,500 (Salary range depending on the working experience)
• 5 working days (Tuesday to Saturday) 8.30am-6.00pm (Off Sunday & Monday)
(Looking for FEMALE candidates available to work on Tuesday until Saturday)
• Able to join (Orientation/training - Training 1 week before start work)

Psychology Receptionist requirements:
- Required: Bachelor
- 0-1 year of handle patients message/admin job or working experience.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office
software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
- Excellent written, speaking and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Job Description
We are looking for a Psychology Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- To manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office. Ensure they are following the SOP
- Schedule and follow up an appointment with the client
- Direct clients to the appropriate person and office
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary/ take down messages
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Manage and arrange daily tasks for the dispatch.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, ensure staff / visitors write down personal details for records)
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Receive order and direction from manager/director. Reporting work to manager from time to time
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Order stationery and keep inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- ad hoc assigned to you from time to time.
