An opportunity is available for an experienced, energetic, and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Allseas, Kuala Lumpur office.
Your role
Role Overview: As the first point of contact for visitors, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone who enters the office.
This is a contract position with a focus on excellent customer service and smooth office operations.

What we expect from you
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a receptionist or similar role
- Multi-tasking Skills: Able to manage a variety of tasks and priorities with ease
- Communication: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Personality: A warm, welcoming, and positive attitude that creates a lasting first impression.
