Job Descriptions

• Undertake the recruitment needs of the business team and use various effective recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
• Responsible for talent discovery, selection, interview evaluation, reverse control and optimization iteration of the process;
• Effectively develop and maintain recruitment channels, and conduct regular channel analysis, including but not limited to external recruitment websites, internal referrals, headhunting and other common recruitment channels and other channel resources;
• Have the concept of talent map, identify outstanding talents according to the talent strategy and deployment of business departments, and quickly build a talent system to respond to market challenges.

Job Requirements

• Full-time bachelor's degree or above; Excellent oral Mandarin, English;
• 2 years or more of recruitment-related work experience, headhunting background is preferred;
• Have good communication, expression and teamwork skills, and excellent pressure resistance;
• Love recruitment work, have the enthusiasm and empathy to proactively discover talents and quickly establish relationships with talents;
• Be proficient in recruitment and interview skills, continuously improve your own abilities, and hope to become an expert in the recruitment field
