The Role
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents onboard
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organization to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
- Customise creative methods to optimise the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
- Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
- Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
- Liaise with in-country HR Business Partner team to follow up closely on recruitment status and to provide support when needed
- Provide weekly/ monthly reports to Hiring Manager/ HR on a timely basis to update the hiring status including outreach and response for each position as needed.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of employer branding in various areas and departments
About You
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a full cycle recruitment role (preferably in the retail industry), from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organisation
- Strong organisation skills to manage the recruitment process from sourcing, selection to interviewing
- Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
