Air Liquide Medical Systems offers a wide range of solutions in three areas:

  • Ventilators and patient interfaces for home, emergency, hospital
  • Devices and equipment for medical gas distribution
  • Aerosol Therapy


The Regional Business Development Manager, Homecare, based in Selangor, Malaysia, oversees existing and new business opportunities across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Focused on respiratory medical devices and consumables, the role involves managing channel partners, engaging clinicians, and collaborating with Air Liquide homecare entities, reporting to the APAC Sales Director.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Channel Management - Lead and optimize partner growth in core markets, drive new product introductions, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Business Development – Identify, onboard, and develop new distribution partners in SEA & Taiwan while preparing infrastructure for product launches.
  • Market Analysis – Assess reimbursement pathways, track key prescribers, and monitor market trends and updates.
  • Brand Representation – Uphold Air Liquide’s values, business ethics, and best practices in all interactions.
  • Regional Strategy Development – Formulate and execute market expansion strategies tailored to local needs.
  • Performance Monitoring – Establish a structured schedule to track channel partner activities, MedGas operations, and demand forecasts.
  • Risk & Regulatory Insights – Anticipate commercial and regulatory shifts, mitigating risks while advising management on strategic actions.
  • Product Training – Deliver professional, clinically relevant training to channel partners’ sales teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Market Competitiveness – Provide recommendations to management, product, and marketing teams to ensure Air Liquide’s market leadership.


Are you a MATCH?

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Sleep Technician or a healthcare-related field preferred. RPGST certification is a key differentiator.
  • Minimum 5 years in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, with regional APAC experience or a background in respiratory care being advantageous.
  • Experience in business development, channel management, or homecare/rental-based models is a strong plus.
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders professionally across all organizational levels.
  • Good time management, long-term vision, and ability to prioritize effectively for regional success.
  • Willingness to travel (40-50%) with a proactive, self-starting, and results-oriented mindset.
