REGIONAL CE PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

What will you do
1. Manage the Consumer Electronic Product in Beauty and Health portfolios within the Small Appliances Group for Asia and Oceania Region.
2. Develop the Business Plan and implement the required channel strategy and marketing plan to deliver on the business objectives
3. Control monthly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) for assigned region and take responsibility for achievement of monthly PSI sales target, inventory and profit with sales companies across the region.
4. Develop a deep understanding of the technologies and Consumer Electronic Product in Beauty and Health products, the competitive situation and the market trends and dynamics .
5. Develop pricing policy and implement and control the price with sales companies across the region.
6. Build the necessary marketing strategy to deliver long term sustainable growth and deliver on the business objectives.
7.Participate in the creative process in the development of advertising and promotional initiatives together with communication group and sales companies across the region.
8.Work Closely with sales companies across the region and factories to ensure effective merchandising planning for Asia and Oceania Market.
9.Actively participate as a member of the marketing team working to improve overall team performance.
10.Compliance with all company policies and the Panasonic Code of Conduct.
The Person We Are Looking For
1. Equivalent to degree-level Marketing qualification.
2.Product Management experience (Beauty/Personal care/Aqua Products more favorable)
3.Strong verbal presentation skills (advanced English skill )
4. Strong analytical skills
5. High level of competence in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
6. Strong Team Player
7. Experience working in Japanese company or able to speak Japanese is preferred
