We are looking for a Regional Distributor Manager to manage and lead the LTP to support Nestlé Growth & distribution objectives as well as Distributor Profitability.
A day in the life of a Regional Distributor Manager
- Management of Distributor in line with Distributor Management Best Practices:
- Thruput Target
- Market Returns
- Stock Cover
- Coordinate with RSM MT/TT on Distributor Sales Operations Issues
- Delivery / Customer Service Level
- Sales operations related matters
- Customer Universe Data Management (New Outlet Openings and Closings)
- Coordinate Distributor Business reviews
- Responsible for Distributor Warehouse management & DWIS evaluation
- Coordinate with Dsitributor Development Executive on Distributor signage
- Graduate Calibre (Business Management preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Field Sales experience min 5yrs
- Distributor Insight & knowledge of competitor distributor situation
