Working days & hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm : Hybrid mode)
Contract duration: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (convert to permanent subject to performance)
Position Objective:
This is an internal position with the Regional HR team at PERSOLKELLY regional headquarters. The Regional Human Resource team will be the key business partners to the Regional Leadership Team and be responsible for setting the strategic and tactical agenda across the Singapore and APAC businesses for Human Resources. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of HR solutions and programs that are in line with the regional business operations and employer branding strategies for the region. The incumbent will be required to interact with internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving projects simultaneously. The incumbent may also support other initiatives like policy development, process review & analysis and implementation as required by the organization. Note: This is an individual contributor role based in Malaysia with direct reporting to Regional HR Director, who is based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the review of current policies & practices, identify initiatives develop proposals for execution & change
- Perform research on best practices and help with data collection and analysis of data from organizational assessments, surveys, and feedback tools.
- Help prepare and design presentations, reports, and communications materials.
- Involve in the planning and execution of projects/change management efforts for the HR transformation including planning of logistics, scheduling, and organization of events and activities.
- Ensure all relevant parties are aware of project scope, progress, and milestones; track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Support leaders in collating questions and issues to HR projects and channel to relevant members’ support intervention.
- Coordinates and handles HR related statistics, surveys and reports required by internal and external stakeholders or audit purposes.
- Contribute to best practice alignment, practice and knowledge sharing, include creating templates, reusable materials and resources.
- Identify, collect and collate HR data and feedback that will support HR enhancement projects, ensuring the accuracy and completion of data.
- Support the building and preparation on HR data analytics and special reports upon request ; adapt at the use of the HR Database & work with Country HR Managers to build people analytics to support business decisions.
- Team support to other regional HR initiatives with objective of ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR operations at country/regional level
- Other HR administrative , logistical task & events as assigned.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for details
- Resourceful, Innovative and has the capability to explore systems and tools e.g. BI/statistical tools, and can handle multiple sources of data
- High working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and use of design application tools e.g., Canva.
- Demonstrated track records of HR transformation/project implementation, a plus if done at regional level
- Self-directed, achievement driven with strong resilience
