In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers, proactively qualify and generate leads, and follow up with distributors to generate new business interest.
  • Collaborate with distributors, marketing, technical, and regional sales teams to execute sales strategies, coordinate marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives, and close deals.
  • Provide technical sales support to distributors by offering product expertise, assisting with inquiries, delivering training, and collaborating to resolve issues.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields is preferred or required.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for learning and understanding scientific products, with the ability to communicate technical product information clearly and confidently.
  • Able to work remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and results-oriented focus, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior sales experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or laboratory/technical sales, is advantageous. Entry-level roles are available for candidates with a relevant scientific background and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint, CRM systems (such as Salesforce), and digital sales tools, with preferred experience in CRM platforms and familiarity with sales processes.
