Role Summary
Responsible for selling the firm’s Maintenance & Support services remotely via telephone and face to face meetings (where applicable) to existing customers. Specializes in renewing, up-selling, increasing, and closing maintenance/service contracts for the Europe region. Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable contractual implications. Must meet sales objectives, e.g., quota, on-time renewal, fee uplifts targets, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Solid background in a Sales role in Telco / IT industry, with experience in Maintenance & Support and/or similar professional services selling background.

Key Responsibilities
- In coordination with Sales teams, build and execute plan to achieve on-time maintenance renewals for regional customer pipeline.
- MS Dynamics Administration, deals tracking against bookings forecast and ongoing reporting of maintenance opportunities stage progression.
- Issue timely advance renewal notifications to customers and facilitate governance of expired renewals.
- Bid Preparation - includes interface with Services & Procurement teams for 3rd parties, support cost analysis, support scope & SLA, pricing tools & bid approval workbook.
- Proposal Offer - Preparation of commercial quotations and submission to customers.
- Interface with Legal & Finance for review and approval of new maintenance contracts, payment term & associated T&Cs.
- Attend conference calls and face to face meetings as required for maintenance renewal price negotiations with customers.
