What will you be doing?
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Nexperia you:
- Proactively search for candidates through various media channels.
- Write and post recruiting advertisements. We appreciate creative vacancy content!
- Manage the talent pools and ensure that candidates are informed about new vacancies.
- Select your incoming applications by suitability.
- You are in close contact with fellow recruiters and hiring managers.
- In short, a versatile varied function where you will have every opportunity to grow.
- A completed Bachelor’s Degree , preferably 1 - 3 years of agencies experience.
- Familiar with basic recruitment processes.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proactive, result driven and importantly with great passion in talent acquisition.
- Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills.
