Repair Officer

Functional Responsibility & Duties

• Review the reason and condition of the removed components from aircraft and engines.
• Issue Repair Order for unserviceable components in accordance to its reason of removal and work scope required
• Ensure Repair Orders are issue to approved vendor and in accordance to available contracts
• Follow up and ensuring components repair turnaround time are in accordance with agreed turnaround time or available contracts
• Ensure serviceable components are repaired in accordance to the repair order and meet company and regulation requirements
• Participate in resolving any issues arise from unserviceable components, such as incomplete documents or data, damages etc
• Participate in review of repairs with customers and prepare reports as required by customers.
• Assist in vendor registration process as per the company’s departmental policy
• Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed by its superior

• Act as the voice of Component and Warehouse Services
• Be due diligent, ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of actions
