We provide a full range of QS consulting services Join us as a Resident QS in Lahad Datu or Ranau. Manage post-contract matters including interim valuations, site measurements, and handling VOs.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor
  • 3 Years experience and above

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Interim valuations for progress payments
  • Site measurements for completed works
  • Variation Orders (VOs) management
  • Cost monitoring and control
  • Assessing extension of time (EOT) claims
  • Preparing final accounts
  • Dispute resolution support
