RESTAURANT MANAGER
TASTYNITY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SDN. BHD.
1) Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, service supervision, and quality control of dishes.
2) Formulate and implement the restaurant's marketing strategy to enhance the restaurant's visibility and turnover.
3) Handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4) Manage restaurant finances, control costs and set budgets.
5) Train and coach staff to improve team service level and work efficiency.
Job Requirements for Restaurant Manager
1) at least 3 years experience in restaurant management and familiar with restaurant operation process.
2) Minimum Diploma / High School Education / any relevant to F&B Management
3)Possess excellent leadership and team building skills.
4) Possess good communication and co-ordination skills and resilience.
5) Have a strong sense of marketing and customer service.
6) Skilled in using office software and have data analysis ability.
