工作職責：

  • 能夠領導、激勵和啟發您的團隊做到最好。
  • 為顧客提供 Nando 的體驗。
  • 管理時間表、監控庫存水準並預測團隊的需求以保持營運順利進行。
  • 規劃人力需求、管理招募並確定餐廳團隊的培訓機會。
  • 維護餐廳清潔、安全、合規，並專注於持續改善。
  • 管理餐廳的廢棄物、回收和能源使用。
  • 能夠管理成本並改善客戶體驗
  • 推動所有通路的銷售並實現餐廳的永續發展。
  • 專注於管理營運成本以提高獲利能力和整體績效。
  • 執行本地和國家行銷計劃，推動銷售並吸引新客戶。
  • 能夠評估及控制GP、損耗、維護費用等。
  • 審查並確保及時、準確和完整的日報、週報和月報。
  • 確保團隊理解並推動餐廳的願景和目標。
  • 透過始終與團隊成員互動並認可他們來照顧他們。
  • 執行指派的其他任務


要求：

  • 最好是專門從事食品/飲料/餐廳服務或同等職位的餐廳經理
  • 應徵者必須至少擁有中學/SPM/“O”水準或食品與服務管理文憑/學位
  • 對食物準備和服務有濃厚的興趣和熱情，對創造美好的用餐體驗有濃厚的興趣
  • 強大的領導能力、執行力、規劃力、積極主動、足智多謀、善於解決問題、善於決策、注重成果
  • 有效的時間管理、授權、解讀財務數據（損益）的能力以及果斷的行動
  • 謙虛，隨時準備好傾聽並向他人學習
  • 能夠培養和發展他人，天生的領導者和激勵者
  • 良好的人際溝通能力，能與各級人員進行良好互動
  • 熟悉電腦並精通 Microsoft Office 應用程式
  • 需要輪班、週末和公共假期工作
  • 精通英語和馬來語
