The resort consists of 494 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).
We're looking for a professional Restaurant Manager - Food & Beverage - or aspiring to be required for our Food & Beverage Service Division.
Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, management and overall performance of the outlet/section appointed to. As such he/she will be directly involved in the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her assistant is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under control. He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.

Requirement
- Physically fit, neat, and well-groomed
- Proficient in oral and written English, additional language an advantage
- Confident, tactful, sensitive to guest and employee needs, service oriented, team player, flexible
- Has effective managerial and leadership skills and is well organized.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel or in a standalone restaurant
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office)
- Customer and revenue driven; has high attention to detail.
- Has basic food hygiene knowledge
- Creative; can think out-of-the box
- Due to Local Immigration policies, only Malaysian will be considered.
