Job Responsibility
- Support daily retail store operations
- Perform cashiering duties and assist with end-of-day closing
- Greet customers warmly and listen to understand their needs
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs and goals
- Promote and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals
- Assist with product display, merchandising, and inventory presentation
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned by management
- Stay updated with product knowledge through ongoing learning
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store for a safe environment
- Young, vibrant, and outgoing personality
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- No Golf Knowledge is required â training will be provided
