Job Responsibility

  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
  • Execute and support the storeâs daily operations efficiently
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and promptly
  • Provide good customer service consistently
  • Uphold store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Education Level: SPM, Diploma or above
  • Year of Experience: min. 1 year in retail industry
  • Language: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Availability: Work on weekends and public holidays
