Retail Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in finding the ideal gown or formal wear for their event, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
• Process rental orders, including managing reservations and returns.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including gown displays and dressing rooms.
• Work with the fulfilment team members to prepare upcoming orders ahead of time.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Training is provided

Working hours

Weekdays 10am-6pm

Weekends 9am-6pm

1 offday per week on weekdays

Probation

1 month (Salary RM3,000 for the probation month)
