- Operational Oversight: Ensure branch operations run smoothly and efficiently, including customer service, inventory management, facility maintenance, and scheduling. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Sales & Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance and implement various marketing & sales strategies to ensure branch revenue target is met.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high standard of service and achieving good customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff, training & ensuring performance targets are met.

Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree holder from a recognized Institute in any field.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-focused or marketing environment.
- Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Caring, loving and willing to work with children and toddlers.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Able to work shifts & weekends (5 days work. 2 days off day on weekdays)
