Job Description

The Retail Backend Associate is responsible for managing and supporting the operational aspects of Grab’s retail services, ensuring efficient workflows and processes. This role supports order processing, system data entry, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Job Responsibility

•Order Processing:
- Assists local and oversea customer ordering the vehicle that accommodates their transportation budget and needs as well as answering their inquiries.
- Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Monitor order flow, addressing any issues that arise and coordinate with other teams to solve order-related challenges.
•Deals with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds
•System and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings

Job Requirement

  • Communication Skills: Strong sales, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams (customer support, sales) effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using doric system, WhatsApp, WeChat, Grab System, Microsoft Excel etc
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: Comfortable committing to shift work which is 9 am - 9 pm or 9 pm - 9 am, 4 days per week
