Retail Manager

The Rock Shop Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Rock Shop retail store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers, and meeting sales and profit goals. This role includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, developing merchandising strategies, and upholding brand standards. The Retail Manager is expected to motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service, drive store profitability, and cultivate an engaging retail environment that reflects the brand's unique culture and style.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and lead a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient running
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximise profitability
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimise product availability and presentation
• Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the retail team
• Collaborate with other departments to support the overall success of the resort
• Work closely with Hard Rock International

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience in the consumer products industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis
• Familiarity with retail technology and systems
• Must posses strong communication and listening skills.
• Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
• Able to run shift and work on weekend, Public Holidays.
