Retail Sales Assistant

What's your role?

• Professionally and patiently introduce our products to customers, and answer customer queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Maintain records of daily sales and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
• Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.

What's the skill required?

• good command of spoken English, Malay and Chinese.
• Polite and patient attitude.
• Cheerful and positive personality

Who's there to support you?

Everything starts with a training where your senior will guide you through our products information. After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for approaching walk-in customers, you're not doing this alone! He/she will be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.
