Position: Sales Assistant

We are a shop specializing in natural crystal accessories, and we’re excited to invite individuals passionate about retail and crystal products to join our team!

Position Details
Working Days: 6 days per week
Salary: Basic + Commission (High rewards for outstanding performance)
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and explain the characteristics and meanings of crystal products
Assist customers in selecting suitable accessories, offering attentive service
Participate in daily store management, including product display and inventory control
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment to create a great shopping experience
What We’re Looking For
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills
Interest in crystal accessories or the retail industry
Prior sales or retail experience is an advantage (but not required—training will be provided)
Responsible, team-oriented, and motivated to improve performance
