As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, providing top-notch service to our clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to deliver a luxury shopping experience that reflects the values of our brand.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend products that suit their style and preferences.
• Maintain product knowledge of the latest collections and trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store goals through personalized service and product expertise.
• Support the team in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and visually appealing, maintaining the luxury brand’s aesthetic.
• Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Requirements:

• A passion for luxury retail and customer service.
• Fresh graduates and those new to the luxury industry are encouraged to apply.
