Job Responsibility

Cashiering & Payment Handling

  • Operate POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Process cash, card, e-wallet, and other payment methods.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policy.
  • Balance cash register and prepare daily sales reports.

Administrative & Operation Support

  • Maintain sales transaction and inventory records.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and daily documentation.
  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging products on shelves.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable goods (FIFO system)
  • Support stock-taking, inventory checks, and replenishment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Handle customer feedback/complaints politely and escalate when necessary

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic numerical and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible with cash handling.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
