Job Responsibility
- Work closely with the team to plan the work output in store.
- Consistently exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and avoiding wastages.
- Manage daily operations activities such as cashiering, making of beverages, opening and closing of the store, and daily counting of stocks while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Capable of solving any issue and providing support and guidance to the team.
- Ensure stores are compliant with operational standards, company policies, regulations, hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Able to handle different types of responsibilities within the job scope.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
- Sales oriented.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in retail sales or healthy lifestyle environment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A team player with good inter-personal skills, time management, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Possess self-confidence and ability to actively interact with customers
- Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence customer service
- Energetic, positive, and responsible attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays. (6 days per week & 9 hours per day)
