Risk Management Specialist for Chess and Card Game Platform

Job Description:

We are looking for several careful and responsible grassroots risk control specialists to join our team to support the safe operation of our chess and card game platform. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring game behavior, transaction dynamics, and user activities within the platform, assisting in identifying potential risks, and reporting abnormal situations to ensure the fairness and security of the game. This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in risk control work and are willing to learn and grow from basic positions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Real-time Monitoring: Monitor player behavior and capital flow within the platform, and report abnormal situations in a timely manner.
2. Risk Investigation: Assist in implementing the company's risk control policy, conducting basic investigations on suspicious accounts, abnormal game behavior, and transactions.
3. Data Collation: Record and organize risk control data, assist in writing daily reports, and submit them to superiors for review.
4. Rule Optimization: Feedback and summarize common violations to provide support for risk control strategy optimization.
5. Collaborative Communication: Work closely with customer service and technical teams to handle player complaints and security incidents.
6. Other Tasks: Assist the risk control team in completing other daily affairs as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Requirements: College degree or above, no limit on major; backgrounds in data analysis, finance, management, or related fields preferred.
2. Work Experience: No prior risk control experience required; experience in chess and card game platform operation or basic data analysis ability preferred.
3. Skill Requirements:
   • Proficient in using Excel and other office software, able to organize and analyze basic data.
   • Careful and patient, with keen observation and strong logical thinking skills.
   • High sense of responsibility, able to respond to and handle problems in a timely manner.
4. Other Requirements: Good sense of teamwork and adaptability to shift work (if necessary).
5. Proficient in the following languages: Chinese and English
