Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in East Malaysia.
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the East Malaysia market dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel within East Malaysia as required.
