RTR Senior Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly skilled RTR Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for executing daily General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Banking or Treasury processes and functions. You will play a key role in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while meeting service timelines quality in the delivery of RTR services.

What you'll do:

As an RTR Senior Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to execute daily General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Banking or Treasury processes and functions. You will also be tasked with achieving accounting operational objectives by providing accurate, reliable and timely accounting information. Your role will involve completing general administration and month-end tasks as required. You will also monitor R2R workflow mailboxes to ensure all requests are responded on a timely basis.

• Monitor R2R workflow mailboxes to ensure all requests are responded on a timely basis.
• Assist in ad-hoc reporting required by the Line Manager.
• Ensure month-end close deadlines are met.
• Guide RTR Analysts through ongoing mentoring and training.
• Identify, recommend and develop solutions for continuous improvement opportunities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the RTR Senior Analyst position will have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification (ACCA/CPA etc). You should have at least 6 years' experience in an accounting role, preferably in an international finance shared service company environment. Previous experience with SAP is preferred.
