Safety Monitoring Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company's safety hazards and risk hazards investigation, and guidance for rectification，
• Responsible for the management of hazardous sources, statistical analysis, and formulation of appropriate preventive countermeasures，
• Responsible for reviewing all kinds of safety accidents and attempted accidents reports, and follow up the rectification situation，
• Responsible for auditing chemicals and supervising the use and storage of hazardous chemical.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above,
• Familiar with Malaysia EHS related laws and regulations, rules and regulations as well as norms and standards，
• Familiar with management systems such as ISO45001 and ISO14001，
• Familiar with risk analysis and risk management，accident and incident investigation, analysis and handling procedures，
• Familiar with commonly used EHS techniques and tools，
• Familiar with occupational health and chemical related regulations and standards，
• Possess certificates issued by the Malaysian government (e.g. DOSH, CIDB, etc. is preferred)，
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (required to report to the manager in China).
